Shipping Info ~ Orders of $40.00 including shipping & handling or weighing up to 2 lbs. will be shipped Priority Mail 2 to 3 day delivery. Orders under 13 ounces may be shipped First Class Mail. Orders over $40.00 or weighing 3 lbs. and up may be shipped UPS. All large or oversized orders are shipped UPS. We do not guarantee delivery times. **Note: Additional $3.00 Shipping Fee for oversized Box fee Item 1845 and 1860 will be added to the regular Shipping charges.
We are No longer doing any Express shipping due to the high cost for Express fees.
In House RUSH Orders ~ Please add $3.00 to the above shipping & handling charges. In House Rush orders receive priority attention. We process these orders first. This fee is not an express shipping fee.

Return Policy ~ Personalized items and Santa suits are non-refundable. Wearable items (such as Santa hats) personalized or not are non-refundable. Manufacturer defective items will be replaced. Non-personalized stockings or items may be returned under following conditions: Shipping & Handling is non-refundable, we must receive the items being returned within 7 days, items are to be returned in the same box and condition in which they were originally shipped. Items on the Sale Page are not returnable.
No returns will be accepted after December 1st on any items. All sales are final.
